Happy Valentines Day!!

I hope everyone has a great day! I know a few that are having anatomy scans! Wishing you lots of luck! Can't wait to hear the good news!

p-word

I have been meaning to ask: Any other p-word lady having to change deodorants? It's like my toothpaste adversion. I can not find a deodorant that will keep me pH Balanced!!!!( to say it nicely) Or I am having too many hot flashes ... Any suggestions? I have tried degree (and secret but I got the wrong kind and it was secret with some scent in it) .. any/all suggestions welcome .. Have a Happy Valentine's Day

I usually use lady speed stick, but it's just not doing its trick, so I've taken to using my husband's anti-perspirant/deodorant...

OMG! I thought I was the only one!

Secret Clinical! It is a little on the pricey side for deodorant but worth every single penny!

Happy Valentine's Day to you too!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

My best friend and I always had the deodorant conversation in high school because for some reason we never could find one that worked. But a few years ago I started using Arrid Extra Extra Dry (you have to get the extra, extra one, the regular one doesn't do much). It's smells good and keeps the perspiration at bay.

Deodorant: Well I had to change too, but not because the pH thing. More because I'm so darn sensitive to fake perfumey smells. My old deodorant started smelling so flowery and strong to me, I switched to a natural one - Jason is the brand I think.

It works quite well! But then again, I don't care if I sweat, I just don't want to stink.

Wow I thought I was the only one sweating more than normal! I was sweating more the first several weeks and it seems to have calmed down some these last few weeks. But, that secret clinical does seem to work pretty good!

Mmm - those Valentines' goodies look yummy! :)

I would recommend checking with a doctor before using a clinical strength on a regular basis; I think I heard that they actually block your sweat glands and aren't meant for daily use. But I haven't tried them, so I'm not sure. Let us know if you find something good! :)

Those pictures are making me feel the need to find something with lots of frosting to eat.

I had to switch to mens old spice deoderant. It really is the only thing that can stop the funk. Even the clinical strength ones weren't working!

I love Dove, but I'm not preggers... so can't advise ya there!

But, the hormone suppression I'm on causes hot flashes & I've had no issues with my current choice of deodorant! :)

(PS- Visiting your blog from the Infertility Hurts group on myspace!)

I don't remember any deoderant issues when I was pregnant. I use Mitchum...it works well.

I'm a fan of Dove, but only the original scent. In the summer I like the Dove clear because it really doesn't leave any clumps.

Happy V-Day!
