Thank you for the many food suggestions. I have made a list of them and I am going to the grocery store later to stock up. I am having a hard time mostly preparing the food .. then eating it. I need to make larger quantities for that .. cook less have more prepared items. It's good to see what everyone is eating. They say variety is the spice of life... keep the food ideas coming.

Tennessee, really? What part?? That's where I live.
Congrats on making it through NaBloPoMo. I just saw your banner announcing 24 days until Christmas. Yikes. I've got to get busy with my shopping...
Ohhh! oooh...tag me!*waves*

Congrats on making it through November (I never remember all those letters, just one of the reasons I didn't do it).
Making leftovers is key....it's really the only way I eat anything during the week. I've got a ton of recipes for pasta sauces, soups, and chilis that you can live off of for awhile. Email me if you want
You are a good woman! You made it through ALL of November!!! I posted less in November than ever. I am glad that you are doign well and have a good list of foods you start trying. :)
"anywhere in the ocean where people wait on you"
Good gravy.
I hear that.
*hugs*
Ecuador? That sounds nice - especially this time of year.
I don't know if these food have been suggested, but I like apples and bananas with peanut butter and sometimes Thai chicken coconut soup really hits the spot. I find carbs seem to make things worse and non-meat protein like nuts or cheese or PB seems to help.
