I tried to insert the Poll (to your right) into this post - but I am Internet code challenged.
So the Question is:
Would you prefer:
Long ( thick) hair that you can pull/twist up for the Summer
Or Short (thick) Bob
If you have other suggestions ... Leave them here. I need a new hair do . And of course, I am coming to people with more fashion sense then myself lately.
So vote ..Leave suggestions ..I am brave and gutsy when it comes to hair but have a very limited budget.

I truthfully would love either of those, but due to my curly curly hair can have neither. So I'm jealous and think you'll look beautiful either way! :)
Right now, I'm loving the long (chin length or just below) in front and super short in back look for summer. Not on me - I look horrible with short hair. But I think you can totally rock it.
I desperately want to cut my hair short (as short as I can get away with) but Tim reminded me how much I moan and groan about not being able to pull it up in the summer. So I'm going to wait at least until after our trip to FL to cut it off.
You look great in the short chunky look!
I am debating the same thing right now for me. My hair is curly enough that even if it's pulled back, plenty of it always escapes, and LL is adept at grabbing any little bit that's within reach. Shorter hair might keep more of it away from little fingers.... or make it impossible to keep away from him. Not sure which.
I have thick and curly hair which I wore in a pony tail for most of my life. I now have a really short hair (I copied Kate's hair from John and Kate plus 8). I cut my hair before I saw her new do and I am now growing mine out a little in the front to be like hers. I love it...the back is boy short so I don't do anything to it and the other half of my head is longer and so cute when I straighten it out (I have to do it daily and it takes no more than 10 mins and that is with blow dry)! Go for it!

I'll post my vote in the poll...I think either would be fun, but shorter is way less maintenance. :-)
I see that my vote made your polls come out 50/50, so I'll leave a comment too. I am a short hair kind of girl myself and have been meaning to make an appt to get mine chopped!
Good luck!
This is only my opinion, but I find that longish hair that I can pull up works best for summer...
How about shoulder length, with a few highlights around the face?
I must have the ponytail. Or I'll die.
That's my opinion. :)
I donate my hair regularly (every 2 years) and prefer to keep it long through the summer so I can pull it into pony-tails, buns or french braids to get it off my neck. Then, when I get it cut, it's short but the weather is cooler so I don't mind it on my neck. By the time warm weather rolls around again, it's grown out to pony length.
I have really thick hair myself and just cut a few inches off recently. I do like short, but having the option to just pull hair back into a ponytail sometimes is the way to go with limited time (I'm struggling with that now because it takes lots of extra stuff to help hold the short ponytail back).
I hope you are totally happy with whichever route you decide to go. :)
SHort hair -- love it. It was funny a couple of days ago G was using as a holding device. I cut it shorter and she can't pull it now. Much easier to manage.
I currently have a bob and I tell you, I love it! So managable, easy to blowdry, i havent got the timpe to mess with long hair.
And with you being in Florida its just perfect :) I voted short.

I did the bob for 2 years and got so tired of the maintenance. It was fun and cute, though! I let it grow out in pregnancy and now I am loving the long thing. Honestly? You cannot lose either way, you can pull off both!
I was thinking it was going to be a blue or pink poll :) I expect one of those soon! You guys are going to find out right???
I would go for the short, funky hairdo for the summer! You can totally rock that!
I love pulling my hair up when I want...so super short won't be high on my list of fav hair styles. Although, some people look great with short hair and can pull it off better than long hair. Post a pic of the new hairdo once you choose!
I voted long; I tend to let mine grow out until I find myself putting it up every single day, and then I chop it all off. But then I'm always annoyed on bad hair days (which happen often with my crappy hair!) that I can't just pull it all back, so I end up letting it grow again.
I think that was a rambly comment...
I prefer long hair and said so in the poll.
I love love love your new blog look!
Bob, but I'm biassed. No hair on accounts of rugrats pulling.
