I owe you lots of updates - Things are going ok. The Birth was perfect. I tore a little but in bad spots (urethra) ... Little Sleep is happening. 2 yr molars are coming in, The Armadillo is doing well. We go for another weight check and rh factor check again tomorrow. He failed his Coombs Test in the hospital and the dr's have been paying close attention to him and running lots of blood work and tests. He is very red but getting better the level is dropping. I do not really , completely understand the Coomb's Test but I am trying. He is bf-ing much better than MT ever did. I am trying to figure out how I am going to keep bf-ing and run after the 17 month old in public when there is only 1 of me and 2 of them. I am going to get one of those apron looking things and see if that helps me feel a bit more discreet. But: We. Are.Managing. Right now, I am glad E is here with an extra set of arms and patience's. Tonight, we did manage to go see Santa:

As you can see, Everyone survived (even Santa).

Ack - It's time to eat for someone ... He is calling me loudly

I have yet to bf in public but have thought about strapping T to the stroller when I do OR going out to the car and putting T in her car seat. Hang in there!

Your boys are precious! I'm sure you are very busy with them! And I would second Lub's idea of strapping MT in a stroller while you bf the Armadillo.

YAY for updates!!! Baby updates yay!

Urethra tearing BAD! It never occurred to me I could tear UPwards (i have no idea why) until my ob mentioned it last week or so. Now I am freaked out about that!!!

I've heard that the My Brest Friend pillow is really handy for bf-ing on the go. It gives you an extra arm back.

When you get a cover, get one that is cotton. Mine is polyester or something and it is HOT in the summer. Spend whatever extra it costs (or if you want to wait until January, I can help you make one) but don't buy the cheap ones they sell at Wal-Mart. Too hot for Florida.

Congrats again! Glad things are going well.

Also, I second Jen's suggestion of a cotton cover. I, too, bought one that was waaaay too hot, even when used in winter. Lightweight is definitely better.

Great update - love the pic with Santa. MT looks like such a big boy!!! Gorgeous, BTW. Both of them are just gorgeous.

So glad you're hanging in there. The urethra tear scares the crap out of me. Hope everything is healing well.

I have no idea about corraling an older one. With twins I was outnumbered from the beginning, but I think that had it's advantages vs. a baby and an older one. You are superwoman in my book!

Great Santa pic!

Ditto Jen's comment on the polyester booby cover. SO hot! I got a cotton one from Bebe Au Laitand love it! Used it on a plane trip last month. No one was the wiser to what was going on under there...

Updates are so hard to get up, I can't imagine doing it with a toddler and a newborn!

Have I mentioned lately how adorable that big brother is becoming?

Best of luck with all the juggling and the BFing.
